Invoice Factoring is secured directly against a specific outstanding invoice. Once approved, GST verifies the invoice with your customer (the "debtor") and sends a Notice of Assignment, redirecting payment on this invoice to a dedicated GST escrow account. The advance is released to you once the invoice is verified; the remaining balance, less our fee, is released once your customer pays.
